You will work across go-to-markets teams to identify short- and long-term growth opportunities across the business, and help scale the decision-making capabilities of the revenue driving organization by establishing self-service analytics tools, delivering compelling ad-hoc analyses, and defining organizational success metrics and KPIs. Responsibilities:

    • Provide operational and analytical support to the revenue generating teams by synthesizing data from multiple systems into actionable insights and strategies
    • Work closely with our Data Platforms and Customer Analytics teams to build efficient and sustainable data models (tables, views, ETL workflows, etc.), along with integrations of data collected from new tools into our schema
    • Effectively monitor key metrics using available analytical tools to create reporting & dashboards that accurately and efficiently summarize data
    • Leverage tools, such as Looker, BigQuery, Quicksight, and Excel to build and drive analytics and to enable client self-service on common queries, as well as to design and maintain ongoing reporting and dashboards
    • Support tracking internal/external business metrics related to new projects, OKRs and capabilities
    • Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor operations performance

Requirements:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
    • Exceptional analytical, detail-oriented problem-solving skills; excellent follow-up skills required
    • Experience designing and supporting large scale, technically complex solutions on Salesforce and associated ecosystem
    • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to marry processes to data used to measure success. This typically includes familiarity with business systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Zendesk, etc), SQL, and strong Excel/GSheet skills
    • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience in operations, analytics, economics, math, statistics, computer science, or other quantitative field
    • Experience in Operations, Sales, Marketing, or Finance preferred.
