The Data Platform team works closely with all teams and cross-functional partners (including product, engineering, and data analysts) to build a foundational data stack powering business insights and actions analytics.
We are looking for someone to play a mission-critical role in supporting analytics for our data products and building data analytics pipelines at Bolt.
We’re looking for someone with the experience, creativity, and passion for exploring data and extracting insights to help build world-class data products and support our product, leadership and marketing teams. Other teams at Bolt, other companies, and consumers alike will rely heavily on what you build, and you’ll have a ton of trust and responsibility. Responsibilities
- Analyze data for our products and gather insights that help us improve these offerings
- Build data analytics pipelines and tables used by various teams at Bolt
- Apply statistical analysis and creativity to find sensible and actionable insights from data
- Use data to support policy making and inform strategic growth
- Work with other teams at Bolt to support their analytics need and help improve Bolt business
- Bring up dashboards for monitoring the health of our data products
About you
- 4+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative
- Passion to improve e-commerce businesses
- Unrelenting focus on impact
- Experience with data query languages and working with large data sets
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques
- Strong communication skills in a cross-functional team
- Experience with one of the programming languages such as Python, R, Java, Scala
- Good understanding of statistical inference, predictive modeling, or causal inference is a plus.
