About the Role:
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help us scale and make better strategic decisions. As a member of the Revenue Operations team, you will work with various teams and functional leaders primarily in the Go-To-Market (GTM) Organization to isolate and quantify the challenges faced in a rapidly scaling environment. In this role, you will conduct analysis on a variety of sales-based metrics to determine the overall health of the pipeline and the headcount needed to support it. Ad hoc analysis will also be done to evaluate the evolving needs of senior sales leadership, providing them views into different areas of the business. GTM-based FP&A experience and an ability to run SQL queries are both essential elements of the job. You will also support our strategic planning process by helping Go-To-Market leaders prepare for quarterly and annual business reviews, as well as work closely with our leadership team to identify new business and market opportunities.
