Why it matters: Our new analyst will be an agile and analytically minded individual who will support a growing sales organization and work closely with sales leadership. The focus of this position will be organized into daily, weekly and monthly reporting deliverables, and often require additional deep dives into certain KPIs where executives may have additional questions or need further insights. You will play a critical role in delivering world class GTM reporting to the entire sales team and project management of new initiatives within this growing business.
Go deeper: In this role, you will make an impact to Axios Pro through the following responsibilities:
- Support internal executives, sales team and operations team with detailed visibility into all aspects of business performance
- Creating reporting tools for growing sales functions both in and out of our CRM
- Monitor sales metrics and develop understanding of how KPIs impact the business
- Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly dashboards
- Support relationship with external CRM team, manage CRM upkeep and reporting internally, and drive efficiencies through the system
- Research and evaluate areas of opportunity against conversion rates and segment strategy
- Manage goals templates for the sales team and assist in the creation and implementation of compensation plans
- Provide reporting and analysis on all Quarterly Business Review intake needs and next steps
- Provide analysis and project management support for new vertical launches
The details: Ideal candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for Axios’ mission and have the following skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations or sales analytics
- Highly analytical, can leverage raw unorganized data into actionable insights
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving needs of a high growth sales team
- Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce or Hubspot preferred)
- Advanced Excel experience
- Proficiency in Powerpoint
- Experience with project management
