- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales or customer operations function
- Has a passion for data and process management with a strong eye for detail as well as the ability to see how small pieces play in to the larger picture
- Excels at time management, with the discipline to handle multiple tasks and see initiatives through to completion
- Demonstrated analytical expertise, especially operationalizing data collection, analysis and modeling, and scalable reporting
- Experience with Zapier, DOMO, Kustomer, and/or Dialpad preferred but not required

- Have proven success working 100% remote in prior positions.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will:
Seek to manage the data and processes that support the Customer Success team. You will ensure data and process integrity and assist the entire team in managing workflows. You are a stickler for detail and love bringing order to a chaotic world.
- Maintain automated processes to support our scaling customer success team
- Own and manage data intake from top of funnel leads as well as ongoing customer support functions
- Collaborate with peers and team leads to track workflows, data and trends, and execute on initiatives to improve customer and agent experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve errors through regular audits of existing automation
- Grow into our team’s subject matter expert of systems, including Kustomer, Dialpad, and internal CRM
- Become the go-to contact for customer related reporting, leveraging DOMO to track and forecast trends
