About this role:

The Growth team is responsible for acquiring leads and members for Devoted by taking an analytical approach to marketing. We develop marketing strategies, analyze performance metrics, and continuously iterate based on learnings. We work in a cross functional team of Creative, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Sales to fuel the engine of growth.

Lead Acquisition is our newest and growing acquisition initiative. This role will partner with Marketing and Sales leaders to collaborate on an efficient plan to achieve pipeline targets and yield positive contribution to the company’s growth. This individual will monitor inner stage conversion rates through the funnel to proactively identify and recommend an impactful mix of external partners’ campaigns to generate an incoming stream of leads and achieve key targets. They will also engage with multiple teams to drive the demand strategy, including Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Finance and Product.

Responsibilities

    • Reporting to the manager of Growth Marketing, manage and optimize multiple lead generation programs to maximize ROI and hit targets
    • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and retention (end to end funnel analysis).
    • Work and coordinate with external partners and agencies to implement optimization
    • Develop and execute testing plans
    • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor the funnel performance 
    • Partner with Marketing, Sales and Sales Ops to own and improve processes.
    • Work with Tech and Product to build and implement tools that support the program when needed

Qualifications

    • Minimum 2+ years of operations and analytics experience.
    • Experience working for a high-growth startup or in a tech environment would be highly beneficial
    • Strong market and consumer instincts 
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills capable of identifying potential roadblocks in advance, proposing solutions; able to act on your feet and make critical decisions quickly without heavy coaching.
    • Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills with keen attention to detail.
    • A bias towards action and are able to thrive in a constantly changing environment
    • Positive team player with exposure or experience in entrepreneurial initiatives 
    • Strong market and consumer instincts
    • Experience working for a high-growth startup or in a tech environment would be highly beneficial
    • Fluency in SQL and spreadsheets is a must; comfortable diving into data to perform ad-hoc analyses and articulating data needs
