As Senior Analyst, reporting into the VP of Growth, you will use advanced analytics and visualization to measure the performance and effectiveness of digital channels and marketing campaigns to drive overall media efficiency and effectiveness. This will include: analyzing cohorts of our users to determine the highest LTV, performing lift analyses of our local marketing, analyzing and optimizing our attribution model, creating new measurement frameworks for new tests, partnering with the data team to analyze A/B tests, and most importantly, working with channel owners to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

  • Own local media analyses (i.e. determine the impact of awareness media)
  • Use data mapping to assist in setting up the optimal pre-member journey (i.e. determine where members are dropping before signing up)
  • Develop and own all marketing dashboards to empower channel owners to have easy access to data to make real-time, informed decisions
  • Pull and analyze the data (with training and support from Data Team)
  • Be proficient in SQL in order to tackle deeper and more complex questions than Amplitude or GA can do through the UI
  • Balance managing inbound requests for analyses with carving out time to proactively dig into data to uncover new, independent insights
  • Tackle strategic questions by performing analyses and providing strategic insights
  • Partner with stakeholders (e.g., brand, data, product) to design impactful experiments using existing (and possibly building new) measurement frameworks; work closely with the data team on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment between data views, priorities across the company, etc.
  • Build and own upkeep of a testing repository to document and archive successful and unsuccessful tests.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports that track key metrics and trends. Work toward the automation of these tasks alongside our data and engineering teams.
  • Contribute in planning and implementing a broad range of activities to meet objectives.
  • Prepare related program budgets.

What you’ll need:

  • 4-6 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. You'll need to be able to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analytical learnings into strategic insights
  • Ability to work with different people at all levels and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to set a clear goal and milestones, and then execute it
