As the Senior Analyst, Product Ops you will work closely with our internal product and engineering teams to evolve the process for how Lucid understands our product data to enhance Lucid’s SaaS products.  Your role will be at the center of building programmatic applications as the in-house expert for all things analytics for our development teams.  You will be responsible for coordinating data and analytics with product team stakeholders,  delivery of suggestions for product improvement paths,  and ongoing measurement of product success metrics.

This role is open to candidates living in the United States to work remotely or from one of our US-based office locations (New Orleans, Dallas, New York)

The ideal candidate for this role will have 2+ years of hands-on professional experience

Responsibilities

    • Support the definition of product KPIs, product adoption and usage metrics, and partner to find answers for complex questions around customer health and success metrics
    • Partner with Product to define metrics to evaluate business performance, products, and experiments - and build reports and dashboards to monitor and understand them
    • Deepen the Product and Engineering team's understanding of the products, identify impactful opportunities, and measure successful outcomes to drive customer engagement, adoption, retention, and expansion
    • Generate data insights to influence product feature roadmap and strategy based on the potential ROI
    • Work with Product Managers, UX, and Engineering teams to develop measurement frameworks for product analytics data with a focus on early product development process, including tool selection 
    • Advocate for using data to improve the quality of all of our decision making.

Preferred Qualifications

    • 2-4 years of professional experience in operations, product, data, and/or analytics at a SaaS company
    • Experience with product analysis tools such as Full Story, Google Analytics, MixPanel, Pendo, etc (at least 1)
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
    • Skilled in manipulating large datasets and interpreting results
    • Basic knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics
    • A keen interest in technology and new technology trends
    • Experience in SQL and other programming languages (e.g. Python) for manipulating data sets.
    • A self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to bring out this quality in others
    • Passionate about driving value using data and technology
    • Demonstrated ability in learning new reporting or BI tools
