The Opportunity

Lucid is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Total Rewards Team. The Total Rewards Senior Analyst plays a key role in contributing to the success of Lucid by ensuring our employees are compensated and awarded equitably and in maintaining accurate and reliable data for the organization to help inform strategic business decisions.

This role will be responsible for providing professional level analytical and administrative support of Lucid’s compensation, employee benefits, and People reporting processes and programs . This role requires applying strong analytics to build out excel models and tools; keen attention to detail for administration and process management; and strong communication skills in partnering with internal clients. This is a great learning role for someone with excellent analytical and communication skills. Ideally this candidate would be based out of New Orleans, but this employee does have the option to be based remotely within the United States. #LI-Remote

Compensation & Benefits

    • Support the coordination and execution of Lucid’s annual compensation review, merit date cycle, and salary data reporting.
    • Support the Talent Acquisition team in preparing competitive compensation offers for existing jobs; ensuring all cash and equity compensation information is aligned to Lucid’s compensation structure.
    • Work with the Manager of Comp & Analytics to create and publish  monthly headcount reports for Executives & Senior Leaders. 
    • Support the quarterly incentive and annual bonus payment process; collaborating with Finance and Payroll partners.
    • Support the execution and delivery of global Total Rewards projects, training materials, and employee resources as needed; complete recurring and ad-hoc reporting requests.
    • Partner with the Accounting and Payroll teams to ensure proper processing of employee benefit deductions each pay period.
    • Assist with global benefits and compliance related reporting and filings.

People Reporting & Analytics

    • Assist the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners in creating meaningful reporting for People Team and Executive consumption with a focus on employee engagement and retention.
    • Perform audits of Lucid’s HRIS, ensuring data is entered correctly and consistently across essential people team systems.

Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience working in a data-centric/analytics oriented role.
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Word and Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, advanced formulas) required.
    • Demonstrated analytical abilities, attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities.
    • Experience in Human Resources, specifically in compensation or benefits is preferred.
