We’re looking for a passionate Business Intelligence (BI) Product Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team to help build a culture of data-informed decision-making across the company.

You’ll partner with Snyk’s Product teams to generate business insights and inform efficient decision-making through data.

You know how to ensure data is accurate, well-organized, and accessible. You’ll use that knowledge to collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape the tools and infrastructure we use to support the data needs of our business. 

You’ll spend your time:

• working with Snyk’s data ecosystem and applying a diverse set of skills in analytics, visualization, data science, and project management to tackle cross-functional problems 
• building accessible and intuitive tools and dashboards that accelerate self-serve data access and insight generation
• implementing data models, data architecture, and data governance processes to ensure scalability and maintainability
• reviewing and validating collected data from internal and external sources
• enabling teams to explore data and measure, track, and monitor against their objectives
• evangelizing data use across the company

You should apply if you:

• care deeply about helping others make data-driven decisions
• have an “insight-ready” mindset: you don’t just report the data; you generate insights & provide business recommendations  
• are comfortable with prioritizing and managing multiple cross-functional projects at once in a fast-paced environment
• have strong SQL skills, experience in querying large, complex data sets (Must)
• knowledge in data and visualization technologies
• Looker or equivalent
• Snowflake or equivalent
• dbt or other ETL tool equivalent
• Python is a plus
• have experience delivering BI-related training to end-users
• are organized, collaborative, hands-on, self-motivated, and an open communicator
• are comfortable working in a globally distributed team across several time zones
• have strong written and verbal communication skills 

We’d especially love to hear from you if you have:

• 3+ years in analytics and business intelligence roles
• SaaS experience
