The Marketing Technology (MarTech) team is responsible for delivering and supporting the digital analytics, digital marketing, A/B testing, and personalization capabilities for Foot Locker globally. You will also support the product launch capability globally. As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst on the MarTech team, you will drive impact for our internal customers who leverage our solutions to enable self-serve analytics, hypothesis-based experimentation, and making data-informed decisions to drive optimization. In this role, you will become the subject matter expert of solutions we offer and how they are interconnected.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and provide recommendations to improve current analytics systems
  • Work on the moderately complex business and technical problems, analyzing and evaluating current business methods and procedures for improvement
  • Design and implement new methods, procedures, and systems (both automated and manual) to improve the productivity, processing, and flow of data to our MarTech solutions
  • Understands and documents data definition, data flows
  • Participates in project teams by leading requirements, design, and testing efforts
  • Using understanding of business scenarios and systems, develops test plans and facilitates end-to-end system and user acceptance testing across multiple teams
  • Resolves project issues; recommends actions
  • Manages and communicates project and support activities
  • Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; provides help desk support; trains users

Qualifications

  • 3 years minimum of business analytics experience within marketing technology required
  • Experience digital analytics and digital marketing required 
  • Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics highly desired 
  • Expereince with CRM, CDP, Customer platforms, and Digital Tagging 
  • Experience investigating data anomalies by working with cross functional teams
  • Deep understanding of the tools that power analytics, marketing automation, and experimentation
  • Strong technical skills - don't have to be an engineer but can navigate APIs, databases, and system architecture
  • Great stakeholder management and collaboration with product managers, data, and marketing professionals
