Foot Locker is seeking a Senior Analyst of Loyalty Analytics & Strategy to join the FLX membership team.  Incumbent will be responsible for measuring, and seeking opportunities to improve the loyalty experience, through reporting on primary KPIs, identifying new opportunities for growth, and creating strategies to improve the program. Primarily focused on customer lifecycle and loyalty technologies.

This position has the ability to work remote / fully virtual.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in regular team meetings and 1:1s, helps with team plans and knowledge sharing. Seeks to encourage and facilitate strong communication across teams.
  • Leverages quantitative and qualitative research to determine areas of success and new opportunities. Writes and reports on findings, documenting and publishing where appropriate. Embodies an attitude of relentless curiosity and is both strategic, and forward looking
  • Suggests solutions to technical problems, gaps, or loyalty operations through innovative and technologically sound devices and architecture.
  • Maintains strong ties with internal data teams to analyze loyalty program performance for the purpose of uncovering insights and utilizing metrics to measure site opportunities.
  • Assists with the implementation of personalization strategies, seeks answers to key business questions and helps define needs for personalization project.
  • Works cross functionally within the FLX team to support program, marketing, and operational objectives and initiatives across a variety of tools and technologies.
  • Maintains current knowledge of digital marketing; researches and seeks out industry news to broaden our internal knowledgebase.  Shares this knowledge and brings others along.
  • Stays up to date with knowledge of all brand standards and muses within Footlocker.com portfolio.
  • Utilizing SQL, Power BI and other analytical toolsets, support the FLX membership and leadership team by developing expert-level understanding of our full suite of customer and commerce analytics

Qualifications

  • Individual must be curious and always asking, ‘Why?’, and want to be part of a larger team, with a strong desire to see others succeed.
  • Individual must also be comfortable in ambiguous analytical situations and making assumptions.  Then presenting those findings to others.
  • 4+ years of experience in an analytical role.  Preferably in supporting Customer data
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but appropriate combination of education and related training/experience will be considered
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills along with an understanding of how to tell a complete story through data.  Not just listing numbers and metrics
  • Knowledge of varying analytical disciplines. Examples include: Customer, ecommerce and retail sales data. Conversion optimization concepts, Customer Lifecycle and User Experience analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and some SQL knowledge; Python is a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of advanced statistics, data manipulation, and research methods preferred
  • Ability to perform statistical analysis of A/B/N tests
  • Must be able to think both creatively and critically
  • Must be highly motivated and be able to work both independently and in a team environment
