Twilio is looking for a Senior Data Analyst - Tableau, to support our centralized Business Intelligence team, and the broader company. An ideal candidate will have high level knowledge of Tableau, on both the design side and administrative side, be enthusiastic about helping others improve their Tableau skills, and be able to find opportunities about leveling up the Twilio Tableau community.

Who?

Twilio is looking for a Senior Data Analyst who lives the Twilio Magic. They also have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in developing technical BI data solutions and providing business intelligence in a fast paced industry.
• Extensive experience with dashboard design standard methodologies (Tableau Public portfolio or ability to share some examples preferred).
• Familiarity with being a Tableau administrator for a large user base
• Experience working with SQL and relational and multidimensional database schemas and designs. Demonstrable ability to optimize slow running reports.
• Enthusiasm about teaching Tableau visualizations and dashboard building to others and up-leveling a company’s dashboard capabilities.

Nice to Have: 

• Familiar with R or Python integrations to Tableau.
• Familiar with Looker.
• Experience with data warehousing and/or ETL processes, and distributed computing (Hive/Presto) and Snowflake.

• Empower Others: Lead training courses and one on one support sessions to help other Tableau users design better Tableau solutions for their use cases.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well.

Salary:

Denver/Boulder Metro: $99-480.00-$124,800.00

Rest of Colorado: $87360.00-$109,200.00

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
