YOUR MISSION
As a Senior GTM Analyst, you will be responsible for measuring business performance, analyzing trends, and surfacing insights to drive our go-to-market strategy.
You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing Leadership, Revenue Operations, Finance, Data, and Product to deliver meaningful insights, self-service reporting, and metric strategies that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You will play a key role in determining the sales and go-to-market strategy of the organization!
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with our VP of GTM Operations to ensure seamless collaboration between team members in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Proactively own and drive a handful of long-term change management initiatives each year. This will involve a mixture of project management skills, communication and presentation skills, strong collaboration across departments, and the initiative to push projects to completion
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey while connecting insights directly to the business opportunity.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to develop a multi-pronged approach to targeting our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), using predictive insights, and intent data
- Partner with our data engineering teams to use existing datasets and drive the creation of new data models to power dashboards in Tableau that provide ongoing insight into business performance.
- Understand both quantitative and qualitative research and trends related to the product and the business, and be able to leverage those insights to help teams make data-informed decisions.
- Prepare presentation materials and present findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership in Monthly Business Reviews.
YOUR PROFILE
The top candidate will have the following skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a Data Analytics role, Sales/Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting
- Proven experience leading the analysis of data from a variety of different sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting the data in a clear and concise manner, and creating actionable insights
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience with data visualization and exploration tools like Sisense, Databricks, and/or Tableau
- A strong mastery of SQL and a working knowledge of pipeline tools like DBT and Airflow
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data architecture
- Strong communication skills, comfortable collaborating with and presenting to senior leadership
- Strong problem-solving skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity to derive business requirements from stakeholder data requests
- Autonomous, self-driven, and able to thrive in ambiguity
In the state of Colorado, the salary for this role ranges from $99,100 to $134,100 + equity + benefits, but may vary based on your qualifications and job-related experience level, that could result in a level outside of this range.
In New York City, the salary for this role ranges from $123,900 to $167,600 + equity + benefits, but may vary based on your qualifications and job-related experience level, that could result in a level outside of this range.
