Currently, we are seeking experienced Data Analysts to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to help launch new features and operationalise our metrics. This is an exciting chance to build the data foundation for our product team that is growing rapidly. You will help shape how we think about data, how we implement processes, and influence our product roadmaps.

What you'll do:

  • Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of our products
  • Design experiments and interpret the results to facilitate product decision making 
  • Build dashboards to track progress of new product features and rollouts
  • Train individuals and teams on how to use your dashboards and reports to empower them to use data to drive their decisions
  • Implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel)
  • Work with our Data Platform teams to develop scalable and reusable frameworks for evaluating large datasets 
  • Ensure data quality and make data accessible to key stakeholders (self-serve analytics)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related quantitative field (M.S. preferred)  
  • 5+ years of industry experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist or equivalent
  • Advanced expertise in SQL and event-based analytics and metrics 
  • Experience using BI tools (e.g. PowerBI, Looker)
  • Experience coding in programming languages, such as Python or R.
  • Strong data storytelling skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

If your role is not located in one of our offices…. We’ll reimburse you up to $2,000 to set up a great home office. And, you will receive an additional $400 allowance for your home office set up on each anniversary date.
