In this role, you will own all things data from an engineering perspective. You will be tasked with working alongside our data team to enable platform-specific triggers and actions through Segment which will allow the team to draw necessary insights. You will also own the data communications and integrations between our core database and secondary systems that our different teams use to facilitate their work. Beyond the initial foundational tasks, you will own the roadmap for the labeling and structuring of data models to support the development of machine learning algorithms.

What you will own & improve:

• Build data systems and pipelines to enable a single source of truth for all of our departments to make decisions from.
• Prepare data for prescriptive/predictive modeling and aide in building algorithms and prototypes.
• Collaborate with data scientists and architects to drive data-related decisions and inform our approach to becoming more data-driven as an organization.

What you already know:

• Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL database design
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
