About the Role:

In this position, you will work on one of the most valuable data assets we have at Demandbase, Intent. This project makes our customers successful by distilling and aggregating trillions of data signals across millions of companies into meaningful insights. You'll be at the forefront of technologies such as Airflow, Spark, Scala, and BigQuery.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience with Spark and Scala
  • 2+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to architect and implement reliable systems to support products from ETL to data delivery, including reporting and alerting layers
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing & developing scalable data processing platforms while working with dedicated Product and Design resources committed to providing value to our customers
  • Creating collaborative technical designs and documentation to provide streamlined, efficient solutions to complex problems
  • Performing implementations and integration with reporting and monitoring services
  • Following engineering best practices to solve data matching and data search-related problems
