Company Overview:

Cohere Health is illuminating healthcare for patients, their doctors, and all those who are important in a patient’s healthcare experience, both in and out of the doctors office.  Founded in August, 2019, we are obsessed with eliminating wasteful friction patients and doctors experience in areas that have nothing to do with health and treatment, particularly for diagnoses that require expensive procedures or medications.  To that end, we build software that is expressly designed to ensure the appropriate plan of care is understood and expeditiously approved, so that patients and doctors can focus on health, rather than payment or administrative hassles.

Opportunity Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Director of Analytics & Operations to lead analytics and operational responsibilities for our Intelligent Prior Auth business unit.  In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, scale, and continued operational delivery of analytics and operational areas critical to the business unit.  The work you will do to mature and scale our analytics and operational function will have a direct impact on our ability to successfully deliver value for clients and successfully bring more clients onboard to the Cohere platform.  Ultimately, the work you do will have a direct impact on the growth of the company and our ability to impact more patients at a time in their healthcare journey when they need help most.

You should apply for this role if you are a seasoned healthcare operator who has experience scaling companies with proven product market fit to the next level.  You are equally strong analytical and operations thinker, leveraging your expertise in both to deliver best in class execution.  You have experience managing teams, developing people, and helping others maximize their potential to bring value to organizations.  You value the details, understanding the nuances of why something went wrong, and work relentlessly to both solve the problem, as well as ensure it will never happen again.

Last but not least: People who succeed here are empathetic teammates who are candid, kind, caring, and embody our core values and principles.
