We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst - Marketplace who will report to the Director of FP&A. You will have financial planning and analysis experience and display curiosity, proactivity, determination, and accountability. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for multiple areas of our marketplace business.

• Be an expert that works to help shape how we measure performance through a financial lens.

• Analyze financial and operational data and perform financial analysis to make actionable recommendations for investment decisions.

• Collaborate with marketplace product and analytics team members to develop financial strategies that align with our corporate goals.

• Provide regular financial reporting accompanied by insights to partners that communicate business trends and the health of our marketplace.

What it takes to catch our eye:

• Experience in finance, analytics, or related quantitative field.

• Comfort working with complex datasets and experience developing scalable financial models and forecasts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and familiarity with BI tools. SQL experience is a plus.

• Accuracy with numbers and a standard for excellence.
• Knowledge of FP&A principles and practices and an understanding of financial concepts.

The annual base salary for this position in California and Washington ranges from $81,000 - $138,000. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position in California and Washington, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.
