As the Senior Manager, CRM Business Intelligence, you are highly strategic and focused on drivers and analytics to propel the business via CRM strategies & tactics. You will be integral in building a business analytics function over time and your hands-on approach will be vital to the core analytics function. You will report to the Vice President of CRM Marketing, and will have a cross-functional role working with analysts within the business units and the Data Science team.  Above all, your Business Strategy and Intelligence expertise will be vital as we continue on our mission to bring credit wellness to all.

You'll...

    • identify underlying trends and strategic growth opportunities across business functions utilize data to implement strategic large scale business solutions that involve multiple cross-functional teams;
    • strategize on the design, build, maintenance and upgrade of business metrics in partnership with the Data Science team (reports and dashboards) for utilization by  leadership teams;
    • work cross-functionally with Data Science team to design, build and maintain Source-of-Truth datasets by stitching together data from multiple sources (ETL);
    • provide end-to-end BI and analytic services with a specific CRM focus, but also impacting Product, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Finance and more;
    • collaborate with partners across the business to clearly define and document key business metrics and KPIs to understand user behavior, quantify inputs and measure outcomes at various points in the customer journey;
    • own and support the BI needs of CRM stakeholders and business functions maintain a strong partner mindset, anticipate needs and proactively propose solutions;
    • unleash full power of data and analytics to gain deep understanding of our business and its key drivers, and drive high-impact initiatives across the business.

You're a great fit for our team because...

    • you have a bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline;
    • you have 5+ years experience leading high-performance BI teams using a player-coach style;
    • you have experience working with senior business leaders and earning their trust; consulting experience will be a plus;
    • you superior written and visual presentation skills you have experience leading the development of business specifications and working closely with Data Science teams you have experience with large datasets and Big Data ecosystem, preferably AWS, and production systems like Git, Airflow etc;
    • you're able to design and build complex reports and dashboards;
    • you have expert proficiency in at least one visualization tool e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI;
    • you have strong project management skills;
    • you can structure, organize, prioritize and track your own work and that of your team;
    • you have the ability to roll up your sleeves, dive into any level of depth and get things done;
    • you have excellent communication, strategy, problem solving and analytical skills.
