About The Role 
Kensho is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our NLP Team, a product and research organization applying and extending the state of the art of text and document-based AI across a variety of domains. The ideal candidate has deep industry or research experience and is a recognized expert in one or more core NLP fields and/or exciting recent developments, for example:
Named entity recognition (NER) and LinkingExtreme multiclass text classificationOpen-domain question answeringLong-form summarizationParameter-efficient fine-tuning Large language model deployment

What You’ll Do
Build and deploy NLP model architectures at scale using a modern software stackHelp solve novel problems at the bleeding-edge of recent advances in NLPWork in a “fail-fast” culture that values scrappiness to prove out value and test out exciting new approachesDesign and implement resilient systems for complex machine learning pipelinesContribute to a stellar engineering culture that values simplicity and function rooted in excellent design, documentation, testing, and codeMentor and lead other ML Scientists and Engineers to help make our team even more awesome!
