As Senior People Analytics Manager, you will own all People and HR related systems, and will support Even Financial’s data driven environment by enabling leadership and stakeholders to make data driven resource planning and workforce management decisions based on defined business goals. Your primary responsibilities in this role will include:

Responsibilities:

    • Overall ownership of People data and its use in resource planning and workforce management decisions, as well as integrations to third parties and downstream applications
    • Own company wide People and HR systems, including Sequoia, ChartHop, Jira, Lever, Slack and Survey Monkey
    • Translate data into business impacts with digestible analytics, dashboards and stories 
    • Create, maintain and evolve dynamic dashboards for use by CPO and leadership based on defined business goals
    • Identify opportunities for improved People systems in order to optimize and drive people and business performance 
    • Manage the evolution and maintenance of current People systems as well as the deployment and integration of new People systems. This includes reviewing specifications, creating and executing test scenarios, build out of features and functionality and the development of process flow charts
    • Own People systems user guides and standard operating procedure documentation
    • Own the evolution and maintenance of a rich and valuable, data driven People WikiPage
    • Ensure mechanisms are in place to maintain the highest standard of data integrity
    • Assist in the support of People administration and Talent Acquisition work as needed

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field or relevant quantitative field preferred by not required
    • Strong Excel skills required
    • SQL and Python skills preferred but not required
    • Must be analytical with a quantitative mindset 
    • 3 years experience with Google Sheets and Data visualization tools (e.g., tables, charts, graphs) 
    • Proven experience collecting and interpreting gathered HR/People related data
    • Effective ownership of People systems including HRIS, ATS, Workforce and Performance Management, and Employee Engagement tools or other large scale platforms
    • Proven comfort presenting resulting trends to leadership and company
    • Demonstrated learning agility, curiosity of data and information, and successful root cause analysis
    • Self-directed, collaborative, highly detail-oriented and motivated; demonstrate a high level of accountability, leadership, decisiveness and capable of prioritizing and executing on multiple priorities
