As a Senior Performance Analyst you will support the business by providing analysis used to guide performance and develop innovative solutions to complex business problems. You will combine and analyze data from a variety of cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights and present them in a way that is easily consumable. In addition to a diverse technical skillset, the ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Analyze data from a variety of sources to support the sales, marketing, operations and finance functions
  • Identify and quantify opportunities and wins that grow the business
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop key performance indicators used to measure and optimize the success of the business
  • Explore marketing data and discover patterns, meaningful relationships, anomalies and trends than can be used to maximize results
  • Lead and contribute to discussions about business line performance using data and metrics to tell the story
  • Synthesize consumer buying behavior to uncover trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Study host customer trends to identify areas of potential optimization
  • Create reports and dashboards that communicate performance in a thoughtful, concise manner
  • Integrate enterprise strategy into performance analysis to guide the alignment of prioritization to result

The Skills You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics
  • 5+ years of SQL queries for data analysis
  • 5+ years of experience working with BI Tool (preferably Power BI, Qlik or Tableau)
  • Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in extracting data and reports in Salesforce
  • Experience in extracting data and reports from Google Analytics & Adobe
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics/Finance or equivalent experience.

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities,
location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations
listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.
California : [89,300-127,200]
Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island: [89,300-115,750]
Colorado and Washington: [89,300-125,700]
Nevada: [76,800-115,750]
