Product Analyst

Overview:

As a Product Analyst at Weedmaps you will be responsible for user and market analysis to help drive growth of our existing and future products and features. You will be embedded within our core vertical teams and work directly with Product Management to provide insight and analytics of potential impact in the market. You will conduct research and provide recommendations to improve overall business objectives.

Additionally, you should have a proven ability to build relationships and influence across the organization at all levels, as well as superior communication and presentation skills.

The impact you'll make:

• Understanding basic business needs and product ecosystem in order to deliver an analysis to stakeholders
• Conduct research on various business processes to uncover roadblocks and provide recommendations
• Work with Product Management to evaluate end user needs and requirements
• Leverage SQL to analyze critical business needs and then present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Design dashboards to provide stakeholders with visibility into a key business drivers
• Clearly articulate and present findings to stakeholders

What you've accomplished:

• 3+ years of experience utilizing statistics to analyze and solve critical business problems
• Have experience with SQL to analyze data
• Experience with analytics visualization tools such as Tableau or other similar tools
• Experience analyzing data and providing visualizations
• Experience presenting to an audience
