About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge AI products, from ideation to launch, for our CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) product. Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and drive the strategic direction for our AI-driven CCaaS product, envisioning groundbreaking solutions that align with our business objectives. Utilize your expertise in AI technologies to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

  • Create a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the feature set, timeline, and milestones for delivering AI-powered enhancements to our CCaaS platform.

  • Conduct thorough market analysis, including competitive landscape assessments, customer research, and feedback, to identify emerging trends and customer pain points. 

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, sales and marketing.

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in CCaaS and AI applications.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or related field preferred).

  • 5+ Years of experience as a Product Manager.

  • 3+ Years of experience building and launching AI-powered applications and services.

  • Ability to crystallize vague concepts into concise plans.

  • Understanding that speed is everything but prioritizing the right thing is equally important 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UCaaS or CCaaS applications.

  • Strong technical background, with a clear preference for AI/ML expertise.

  • Experience in voice, IVR or voicebot technologies and capabilities is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$90,500.00

Maximum:

$209,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
