This is an exciting opportunity to shape a rapidly growing field that is transforming diverse markets. Your primary responsibility will be defining a product roadmap to accelerate the innovation of our SaaS-based Conversational AI solutions, including Generative AI, NLU, TTS and ASR technologies. In this pivotal role, you will help navigate the groundbreaking shift of AI technologies that are revolutionizing how we use technology to communicate with each other and with our devices.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Define and drive the strategy for implementing conversational AI features in the contact center product.
Lead the end-to-end development of conversational AI features, collaborating with engineering and data science teams.
Leverage AI/ML, TTS and ASR to develop intelligent conversational AI models.
Gather user insights and feedback to understand needs and preferences for conversational interactions.
Work with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly conversational interfaces.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration opportunities and ensure compliance.
Conduct research to identify trends and best practices in the conversational AI space.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or related field preferred)
8+ Years of experience as a Product Manager
3+ Years of experience building and launching AI-powered applications and services
Ability to crystallize vague concepts into concise plans.
Understanding that speed is everything but prioritizing the right thing is equally important
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in voice, IVR or voicebot technologies and capabilities.
Solid understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$111,900.00
Maximum:
$249,700.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
