We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team and partner with our other workstreams and go-to-market departments to build, own, and manage related reporting and analysis needs with a strong emphasis on Marketing. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations and be responsible for leading key analytics projects, working closely with leaders across Revenue Operations and its stakeholder teams (Marketing, Sales, AM, and Customer Operations) to scope, create and deliver reporting, analyses and insights which drive decision making by those customer-facing teams. The individual must be highly motivated, a self-starter with a strong track record of achievements, and both an obsession for rigorous work and bias for action.

Here’s what you’ll do:  

  • Partner with Go-to-Market stakeholders to understand and define unique and shared KPIs and align them to decision making. A heavy emphasis will be placed on Marketing (Comms, Brand, Growth, Customer, and Product Marketing) through Marketing Automation Program and solid CRM (Salesforce) understanding
  • Liaise with Salesforce Administrators and Data team to ensure consistency and best practices in developing out-of-the-box reporting, dashboard, automation, and the presentation of data for non-technical users
  • Develop multi-touch pipeline attribution model to measure marketing effectiveness per campaigns and impact on the customer lifecycle
  • Track and measure the performance of individual tactics, channels, and campaigns, and how they compare to one another and change with seasonality or over time
  • Calculate and track return on investment through customer acquisition cost and lifetime value
  • Act as a go-to resource by telling the story of marketing opportunities and results for the company through clear, concise data
  • Analyze data and historical campaign trends to provide insight and recommendations; ultimately informing GTM tactics and strategy 

Here’s what we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related quantitative field
  • 5+ years working with Marketing data and a deep understanding of top-of-funnel and demand waterfall, pipeline conversion, and attribution modeling
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience within Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or Revenue Operations with a track record of manipulating, and extracting value from datasets
  • Experience in Salesforce, Marketing Automation, and Marketing Technology
  • Strong understanding of relationship of Salesforce Objects and SaaS Sales Cycle
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Experience with extracting and analyzing data from paid search and social platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and analyses
  • Experience building basic SQL queries is a plus
  • Experience with Looker and Tableau is a plus

 Cash Compensation:   

  • The total cash compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000/year plus stock options with a bonus potential of up to 15% of base salary. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.
