Responsibilities:
Define, Align, Own and execute Hotel Engine Business Operations AI roadmap.
Define independent view of machine learning problem spaces for Business Ops that must leverage frontier Machine learning, and Data Analytics.
Partner with stakeholders across finance, sales, marketing, Human resources to define problem spaces that have ML/AI as their potential solution space.
Identify best in class Partners as AI solution partners, drive technical POCs, define joint roadmaps and contribute to commercial negotiations.
Program manage Rapid POC of Generative and Discriminative ML end points solutions.
Program manage AI end point onboarding by collaborating with Software Engineering, and Platforms scaling teams.
Define business operations signals roadmap and collaborate with corporate IT for signals ingestions.
Own third-party signals/data identification and ingestion strategy. Contribute to Business operations signals/data acquisition strategy and roadmap that are required for ML prototypes and systems build.
Engage Business leadership on novel Applied AI solutions for Business operations/shared services.
Represent organization in AI industry forums.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, metrics/OKR for AI/Tech based Business operations transformation.
Qualifications:
Bachelors /master’s in computer science, Physics, Math, Stats with demonstrable focus on Machine Learning/AI. MBA is desirable and a strong plus.
5+ years of experience in technology transformation consulting – Corporate or Technology consulting firms. AI based transformation consulting desirable.
Knowledge of Machine learning, Generative AI players
Hands on working knowledge of new application onboarding, system design and architecture principles, including scalability, security, and performance considerations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with internal users, translating their needs into practical solutions.
Product Roadmaps experience with external Product /API vendors
Technical and commercial knowledge of one public cloud-based machine learning infrastructure company – e.g., AWS/GCP!
