The Role: Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Location: Fully remote within the United States with travel 3 - 4 times per year

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will have a critical position in scaling one of the fastest-growing private companies in the US. Hazel Health is the market leader, with 2-3x year-over-year growth for multiple years in a row. The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a vital link between the strategic business objectives and the Salesforce platform. This role is the first hire at an emerging capability at Hazel that is viewed as critical to Hazel’s success. The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will partner closely with key stakeholders and leaders from the finance team to the sales team to improve and refine Hazel Health’s Sales process. In this role, you will have visibility into the operations of a high-impact startup and will play an integral role in Hazel’s success. What You’ll Do:

  • Sales Team Operations
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans of quotas, territories, targets etc.
    • Partner with management and sales team members to uncover business needs, design solutions, launch, iterate, and measure impact
    • Facilitate the operational responsibilities involved with creating and enabling a top-performing sales team
    • Identify optimization opportunities in Hazel’s reporting & processes that improve the efficiency of the sales process and the output of its results.
        
  • Deal Management
    • Manage the “Deal Desk” through reviewing potential new deals and renewals, their pricing, and associated costs

  • Continued monitoring and analysis of the success of the deal models over time Reporting and System Management
    • Act as the liaison between the strategic business needs and understanding how to support the configuration in Salesforce
    • Constantly improving data integrity and ensuring consistent high-quality data output from Salesforce 
    • Improve and maintain reporting that provides key insights and is influential to leadership
    • Take ownership of the Salesforce system’s maintenance and ensure quality data input

What excites us:

  • 3-5 years of sales operations experience
  • 3-5 years working in Salesforce 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or other related field
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast pace growth environment
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Strong attention to detail and follow up skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues 
  • Excellent analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with analytical modeling, data visualization, and large quantitative data sets
  • Ability to distill complex information in a consumable, actionable way for internal and external audiences 
  • Edtech or SaaS technology company experience a bonus

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $90,000 - $105,000, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid-time off, and a broad range of other benefits and perks. Review our benefits at Hazel Health Benefits.
