The Umbrella team represents over $400 million in revenue and covers two distinct brands in all 50 states. With a large variety of initiatives, we are looking for an individual with the analytical tools, ownership, resourcefulness, and growth mindset to creatively think outside of the box in order to continuously improve specialty products and win in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Assist with P&L management, be the expert, and the day-to-day analytical resource for the Umbrella line of business.
• Use data and analysis as the foundation of business decisions
• Build and independently manage assigned line of business responsibilities and execute to deliver results on task, on time, and on budget
• Effectively creates alignment with internal and cross-functional teams on key organizational goals.
• As subject matter expert for assigned lines of business, completes state reviews and ad hoc requests under general direction
• Through research, identifies and proposes changes to our product offerings.
• Presents analyses to Specialty product Directors, DSOs, senior leadership and other cross-functional partners in a fashion that translates complex work into an easy, digestible story with an appropriate level of detail.
• Mentor, formally and informally, by becoming a subject matter expert for analysts across Product Management and provide basic analytical coaching to less experienced analysts.
