Responsibilities:

  • Administration, analysis and execution of of variable compensation and other recognition plans for a variety of client groups; inclusive of effective design, communication, and payout computation of these plans
  • Develop processes to ensure scalability while working closely with a wide array of cross-functional partners 
  • Establishing best practices and standard operating procedures, the creation of calculation engines and performance measurement metrics, and monitoring plan effectiveness.
  • Serve as a first responder to the Sales teams: research and resolve commission-related inquiries from the Sales team (e.g. system access issues, transaction disputes, credits and payment calculations)
  • In addition to compensation, you will own the calculation and implementation of client billing, price changes, and related analysis until this work is automated over the course of 2022
  • Data management, analysis and reporting

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience 
  • Highly analytical, resourceful, flexible, customer obsessed, team oriented, and radically organized individual with a proven track record of end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic business environment
  • Comfortable with data: management, manipulation, visualization, and reporting
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and SQL required ; proficiency in Python is a plus
  • Strong attention to details and ability to communicate complex information, clearly and concisely
  • Enthusiastic about learning and sharing ideas and strategies that can help both our Sales Operations team and wider Sales teams achieve greater success
