Position Intro:

The Analytics team at Humble Bundle is growing and establishing themselves as trusted leaders in translating data into insights. We’re looking for an experienced and proactive product analyst to help shape the future of the Analytics team and how we do business at Humble. You will provide quantitative analysis, market expertise, and a strategic perspective in order to drive value for our ecommerce business. You will turn business questions into data analysis and then effectively communicate meaningful recommendations on strategy for conversion funnel optimization. You will also become familiar with and help maintain our data pipeline and ensure its veracity.


Responsibilities:

  • Help to evangelize the adoption of advanced analytics techniques and foster a data-informed culture within the company
  • Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights for our product and improve our customer experience
  • Help define and measure product initiatives for optimizing new and existing features to incorporate into product roadmaps
  • Support design and measurement of AB or multivariate testing on our conversion funnels
  • Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Develop reports and dashboards in Tableau and Google Data Studio that can support dynamic and efficient reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and liaise with Product, Marketing, and Business Development to understand their business needs on all product data related matters

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in product analytics role

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • SQL
  • Excel
  • Google Analytics
  • Visualization tool like Tableau or Google Data Studio

Education:

  • Bachelors in quantitative / analytical field, Masters preferred
