About The Role
At Rippling, one of our core competitive advantages is the sheer number of products that we are able to offer our clients — over 20 SKUs and counting. This means that driving expansion revenue from cross-sell and upsell is critical to the company’s growth. We are investing heavily in this motion. That’s where you come in!
We’re looking for a seasoned analyst to help us answer questions such as: what types of customers are likely to purchase which products? What channels should we use to target what customers using what messaging and when?? This role will also partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify what metrics to measure for campaign success and deep dive into the data to provide insights for future campaigns/optimization.
As an early Data hire at Rippling, you’ll have the opportunity to dive into datasets to influence decision-making & impact strategy. If you are a self-starter who enjoys finding patterns and speaking through data, we’re looking for someone like you!
