As the first Talent Operations Analyst at BioRender, you’ll partner with our Talent leadership to build and iterate on our hiring program in a structured, data-focused way.

In this high-impact role, you will improve our programs, processes, systems, and analytics across the Talent function to ensure scalability and efficiency with who and how we hire. You will own recruiting data analytics and build dashboards, reports, and ad hoc trend analysis, using your analytical and problem solving skills to make strategic recommendations that help us to achieve our hiring goals.

Your responsibilities

    • Evaluating BioRender’s recruiting life-cycle, workflows, and and processes to improve both efficiency and quality
    • Building, iterating, and standardizing executive reporting for hiring progress and other talent metrics to power Talent team decisions and operations 
    • Supporting the TA Manager and Head of People in headcount and capacity planning and tracking to company’s hiring plans
    • Owning and continuously improving the way we use our ATS (Lever) and all other sourcing and recruiting tools, like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter; providing coaching and guidance to the broader Talent team on any changes 
    • Project managing new tool implementations and migrations and the Talent team’s OKRs
    • Contributing to documentation and playbooks in Notion, and sharing insights and updates with the broader Talent team 
    • Providing full employee lifecycle analytics support as needed to the broader HR team

What you bring to the table

    • BA or BS in Economics, Business, Statistics, Math, Finance, or similar 
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a highly analytical, process-oriented role
    • Advanced expertise in Excel / Google Sheets (you can run queries, pivot tables, etc.) 
    • Proficiency with data visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau) and SQL
    • Experience with documentation and process mapping - you’re able to distill big picture processes into intuitive and usable playbooks and operating procedures 
    • Any experience as a full cycle recruiter, experience using an ATS or CRM, or experience building programs and processes in a scaling TA org are all huge assets
