Seer is a remote first agency with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego.

You, the Strategy and Analytics Analyst of our dreams, are committed to solving business problems with data. You’re an analyst who gets a thrill out of identifying key business questions and then answering them with insightful data-driven stories.. You’ve turned non-believers into data-junkies by digging into complex data and turning them into actionable insights for marketers and C-level execs.

Your compensation and benefits will look like...

Here are some highlights of what you'll be doing...

    • You’ll use your skills to wrangle both small and large data sets from a variety of sources like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads or CRM platforms to find patterns that answer client’s key business questions
    • You’ll collaborate with internal teams and provide data analysis to help drive strategic thinking and recommendations
    • You’ll work within our data warehouse, using BigQuery and pulling business insights out of data (don’t know SQL? Don’t worry! We’ll teach you everything you need to know)
    • You’ll create dashboards in Tableau, Data Studio & Power BI to display data for greater cross-divisional analysis and strategy creation
    • You live in Excel and Google Sheets. We’ll be preaching to the choir when we try to share our advanced tips and tricks with you, and you’ll (gladly) school us
    • You understand that each client is unique and comes with their own specific challenges—with that understanding, you’ll create custom reporting to provide actionable recommendations for both campaigns and site optimizations meeting the needs of our various clients
    • You’ll serve as a  trusted analytics resource who will work closely with our SEO and PPC teams to support their ongoing client needs developing custom reporting to help drive their full funnel strategy and optimizations 
    • Helping your teammates level up just may be one of your favorite things to do. With your skills and knowledge, you’ll provide training to members of the account team on standard analysis types as well help them hone their strategic skills

The skills you'll bring to the table...

    • You have relevant experience using Google Analytics as a web analyst and/or digital marketer and you’ve worked with large clients to define their needs, create their strategy, and deliver the goods
    • You are  familiar with enterprise solutions other than Google Analytics [think: Adobe Analytics, attribution software (Rockerbox, VisualIQ), Amplitude, Heap, etc]
    • You're obsessed with data. You have experience as a digital marketer but the data called to you and you listened. You're excited to continue growing your experience in Power Query and SQL to problem solve and answer business questions for clients
    • You know your way around data viz tools, specifically Power BI or Tableau. You know how to create compelling visualizations on the front end AND understand how to transform data on the back end
    • You take initiative and can self-direct in the absence of detailed guidelines
    • You’re comfortable managing deadlines for multiple deliverables and thrive in a fast-paced, open environment
    • You have a strong sense of self, which means you’re able to say no, deliver feedback, and have the confidence to present the value you’re driving for clients, even when things get challenging
