Seer is a remote first agency with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego.

What about you? You’re a dynamic leader adept in Analytics, skilled in both GA360 program management and versed in Adobe, with the ability to learn PiwikPro, Amplitude, and tag management tools you encounter. You steer the Analytics & Insights division with a blend of strategy and technical know-how. As a thought leader, your voice is influential, and your pen is mighty, contributing through speaking and writing.

Your role entails maintaining client rapport and mentoring your team to spawn innovative solutions. You’re the linchpin that bridges complex technicalities with actionable business opportunities. As a champion of innovation and unity, your guidance propels the team and business forward.

Your Compensation and Benefits will look like…

• $115,000-$150,000/annually. Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience

Here are some highlights of what you’ll be doing…

• Reporting to the Analytics & Insights division Vice President, you will be joining the senior leadership team at Seer
• Utilizing your technical expertise and proficiency in analytical solutions, you'll develop strategic plans and implement frameworks to help Clients leverage data effectively
• You will ensure the expansion, support, and efficient operation of Seer’s GA360 program, while consistently achieving the KPI’s set for the program
• You will regularly engage with clients to deliver high-impact analytics solutions, and cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a sponsor for key accounts
• You will play a pivotal role in business development and marketing, including pitch delivery, material development, and collaboration with the team to scope and close opportunities
• As a thought leader in your industry, you'll share your expertise through contributions to conferences and publications
• You will foster innovation within the team, propelling forward-thinking ideas, developing data products, and delivering strategies
• You will oversee general team management responsibilities, aligning with division objectives, and ensure team leaders perform effectively against division KPI’s and Universal Role Expectations

• You possess deep technical expertise in analytics and project consulting, demonstrated by your proficiency in building data products, tech stack management, and full-funnel attribution consulting. Your proven track record in delivering innovative solutions attests to your abilities
• You have used data across all parts of the marketing funnel and employ technology to interpret, analyze, and visualize impact
• You have hands-on experience working within a digital marketing agency environment, particularly in areas such as strategic consulting and performance optimization
• You have shown remarkable success in not just managing, but also in significantly expanding your Google Analytics 360 program from the ground up
• Your exceptional client interaction skills make you adept at addressing challenges, and recognizing opportunities when they arise 
• You have significant experience in partnering with Business Development and Marketing, to develop and grow pipeline and create pitches and corresponding materials
• Adopting a consultative stance, you address your clients' business challenges, underpinning your solutions with solid data and comprehensive analysis before implementing any action
• You are a recognized thought leader in your industry, with a robust track record of contributions 
• As a dynamic senior leader, your proven ability to guide and grow team leaders, while fostering high performing teams has led to increased innovation and growth

Success After 90 Days Looks Like…

• After 60 days, you’ll be working directly with clients and leading Team members
• After 90 days, you’ll be managing the GA360 program, innovating processes, and growing new business opportunities
