At Seer, we pride ourselves on innovation; standing out among the rest and enabling our clients to do the same. We're a Digital Marketing Agency powered by Big Data to drive integrated, holistic strategy for our clients. We get excited at the thought of bringing together millions of data points from disparate data sets (including qualitative!) to drive empathy-fueled opportunities and insights. Big Data, automation, and problem solving at scale: it's what's for breakfast. Could this be love? Maybe.

What about you? You, the Marketing Analytics Manager of our dreams, have one foot in the analytics world and another in the digital marketing world. You live with data and can manage all the basic (and sometimes advanced) technical needs to ensure that marketing pixels are working correctly. You are all about scaling your work so you can spend less time on the things that need to be repeated, and more time solving unique problems for your clients.

While you have solid technical skills, your sweet spot is translating your data and tracking knowledge to what your clients and the C-suite need to know, and working with contractors to get things done. You’ll be elevating the data our SEO & Paid Media teams have access to.

This is a new role, so you’ll also have an opportunity to shape new responsibilities and offerings we haven’t thought of yet.

    • Create and maintain a standard implementation and support package of paid media tracking pixels across Seer clients ensuring consistency.
    • Implement and maintain ecommerce tracking pixels for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads and more, properly populating dynamic variables for revenue, item id, and more in the engines.
    • Work with Seer’s Data Engineering team to ensure data tracked across Seer’s Paid Media & SEO clients is standardized for team use cases. Present use cases for expanding data in our data warehouse
    • Attend SEO & Paid Media team meetings regularly to educate on GA and GA4 as well as listen for opportunities to enhance use of digital data for these teams.
    • Develop and oversee maintenance of standardized reports in Google Data Studio for SEO & Paid Media teams.
    • Partner with our analytics development team to address complex tracking issues.
    • Stay on top of industry trends in tracking and understand how things such as GDPR and privacy laws are impacting Seer clients.
    • Support internal teams with client-facing discussions about tracking and digital marketing data. Create POVs on timely relevant tracking topics to be shared with all Seer clients.

The skills you’ll bring to the table...

    • Can translate business & marketing needs into analytics tracking and vice-versa
    • Strong written communication skills
    • Able to work asynchronously with team members in many time zones across the world
