Job Description
The Conversion & Analytics team at Adapt provides consultative services to help clients improve their websites and optimise their Digital Advertising activity. On this team, expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio is essential. That’s why we’re Google Marketing Platform Partners.

As an Analytics Consultant, you’ll be a power user of the Google Marketing Platform stack and will help support and train the wider team.
We’re in need of support to help across a variety of areas, including tasks such as troubleshooting analytics queries, setting up Google Analytics accounts (inc. GA4), tagging websites using GTM, creating and enhancing Data Studio dashboards, helping train clients, and more.

We’d like to speak to interested candidates who’ve used Google Analytics as a key part of their role previously and would like to further that experience as part of a specialist team. Your experience will allow you to hit the ground running supporting the wider media and SEO teams with a variety of tasks.

Your immediate priority will be to use your experience in Analytics/Tag Manager/Data Studio to support the wider team in their day-to-day objective of optimising digital ad campaigns. This will help the team to continue growing and achieve revenue targets while also delivering outstanding service to clients.

Once you’re working directly with clients, you’ll be given individual revenue targets and there will be an opportunity to progress and take on more responsibility in the team.

We’re ideally looking for someone who is ready to take on management responsibilities within the team from the very start.

Role Summary
1. Train & manage executives & senior executives
2. Proactively build internal relationships & communicate technical subjects effectively
3. Explain non-standard technical recommendations and reasoning to clients
4. Discuss non-standard technical recommendations with 3rd parties (e.g. web developers)
5. Own Analytics projects
6. Help define our Analytics proposition

Requirements
Experience
· Ideally, 3+ years experience in a role using Google Analytics & other platforms as a primary responsibility.
· Able to demonstrate proficiency at (i) analysis, reporting & communication, and/or (ii) technical understanding of Google platforms.

Technical Competencies
· Retain the relevant Google certifications & gain an understanding of wider Analytics platforms and tools
· Help to formulate our best practice set up requirements for the relevant Google platforms & to be effectively sharing knowledge internally
· Carry out, manage and define processes & products for accurate implementation work
· Start heading towards becoming a "Thought Leader" offering alternative, creative solutions

Education Level
A genuine passion for digital marketing, where you have educated yourself through work experience, formal education or another means that helps you demonstrate your desire to have a successful career In the Industry
