Business Analytics Internship

The Business Analytics Intern is a highly creative and talented team player who will apply analytical skills to help create, maintain, and develop support, to ensure that Welocalize divisions have the information needed to achieve business and growth objectives.

MAIN DUTIES
 
The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities and areas of ownership of a Business Analytics Intern:
 
·               Collaborate with fellow Data Strategy & Operations team members, to ensure smooth system integrations.
·               Provide analytical data to support the Sales and Marketing teams, in pursuing company targets.
·               Reinforce the Sales team in creating an orderly structure of the management of supplier RFPs.
·               Contribute to integrations and future development of systems and workflows.
·               Communicate on an international level with an understanding of cultural differences and flexible working schedules.
·               Be an active member of the Data Strategy & Operations team, by fulfilling tasks in an efficient manner while attributing new
perspective by investigating leaner functionalities of existing processes.
·               Support the Sales Team by preparing financial and informational insight into additional or new business opportunities by constructing
a situational analysis of existing, new, or potential customers.
·               Other data and research initiatives, as and when required
 
Requirements
 
·               Currently enrolled in a university program, final year.
- Residing in Spain
·               Able to sign a learning agreement produced by the university.
·               Fluent in English.
·               Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, current computer technology and use of databases.
·               Interest in international business and company organizational goals and objectives.
·               An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data privacy practices.
·               Capable of administrating and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
·               Keen interest in becoming proficient in the following internal communication and management platforms: SalesForce (CRM), PowerBI,
SharePoint, ShareFile, Office365 and RFP365.
·               Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
·               An analytical mind and interest in using data to drive decisions
·               Keen interest and ability to learn new systems and tools
·               Ability to work both independently and with others on joint/team projects
·               Strong attention to detail and ability to meet important deadlines
·               Strong communication and writing skills
