Our global Growth Marketing transformation is in full swing. We embarked on a path of transforming and building a world class Marketing organization earlier this year. Our team helps to power PayPal’s high growth Marketing organization by delivering actionable insights and business intelligence at scale for Consumer Marketing Org.
In this role, you will be an expert on the automated solutions the Consumer Analytics and BI teams at PayPal have built to develop solutions for complex, ambiguous and high-visibility business challenges. You will set and execute on a vision to increase the tolls adoption and trainer the broader Business teams to self serve their questions on these data tools.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Marketing & Product teams on how to use the automated toolkits for data-driven insights including but not limited to Business casing, Deep dives, Modelling, Campaign Performance readouts and optimisation.
The Trainer will also be responsible for enabling accurate, action driving recommendations to drive business performance and investment optimisation.
Strong problem-solving skills as this is an Individual Contributor role.
Delivering and creating content for offline and online workshops
Continuously learning new skills and evangelizing them within our community
Defining and leading our strategy in data democratization
Create scalable training material that can be distributed and maintained for multiple customers
Influence stakeholders to make business decisions in alignment with global measurement approaches
Additional Job Description:
Relevant industry experience. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Teaching or training experience and be able to differentiate and create enjoyable learning opportunities
Experience of prioritising workload, working to strict deadlines, and following governing procedures
3+ years of experience in data training in analytics or management consulting and project management experience
Accomplished with experience managing a large suite of dashboard training material
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with strong ability to drive towards action and impact
Experience in managing analytics projects from inception to delivery, including developing structured solutions
Experience with visualizations, dashboards, and reports
Experience explaining technical concepts and analysis implications to varied audiences and translating business objectives into analytics/data requirement
