The Product Analytics manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and analyze experiments, develop statistical frameworks, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Experimentation Scientist with a background in statistical experimentation to join our team. The Lead Experimentation Scientist will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and analyze experiments, develop statistical frameworks, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement statistical experiments to test hypotheses and optimize business processes.
  • Develop statistical models to analyze complex data sets and generate insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for experimentation and optimization.
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis, including regression analysis, ANOVA, and multivariate analysis.
  • Communicate experiment results and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance on statistical analysis and experimentation.

What you need to bring:

  • Data driven mindset with a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any quantitative discipline such as Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics  
  • 5+ years of experience in statistical experimentation, data analysis, and data modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical methods, including hypothesis testing, experimental design, and regression analysis.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R, Python, or SAS.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, or Adobe Target.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

$84500 to $204600
