What You’ll Do

As Analytics Engineer with Imagine Pediatrics, you will be responsible for supporting the engineering team and facilitating cross-functional data ingestion and reporting initiatives with a focus on scale, stability and quality. This role will be the bridge between data engineering and various internal stakeholders.

  • Transform business goals and needs into clean and enriched data for visualizations or additional analysis.  
  • Use engineering approaches to build reliable and sustainable production level code to enable clinical care and business operations.  
  • Build and design emerging data architecture for a high growth healthcare data platform. 
  • Effectively visualize and or communicate complex data solutions with clear design documentation, analysis to ensure stakeholders clearly understand how our solutions operate and any limitations. 
  • Work collaboratively with Operations and Product to improve the quality and effectiveness of our patient’s experience throughout the life cycle of the Imagine Pediatrics' Value Based Care Program.

  • 4+ years of combined experience in data analytics and engineering  
  • Experience in data modeling and data warehouse architecture, with solid SQL experience. 
  • Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools is preferred 
  • Experience with Snowflake nice to have 
  • Experience working in a start-up or hypergrowth environment required; healthcare experience preferred
