What You’ll Do

As the Head of Data with Imagine Pediatrics, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting our data pipelines and data integrations, with a focus on scale, stability, and quality. You will find and build solutions to achieve goals and solve problems.

  • Oversee Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Architect how they utilize data for business, clinical and healthcare data, with emphasis on how we can enrich and enhance our data with a data science innovative lens, uncovering what predictions can be done with the data to best service their business.

Things change quickly in a startup environment; you accept that and are willing to pivot quickly on priorities. In this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of hands-on technical background, data architecture and knowledge within creating a data lake from multiple sources, building a semantic layer of business logic.
  • Deep understanding and expertise in data strategy, reporting analyzation, data warehouse and technical architecture while also being able to view data as a product and create actionable insights.
  • Experience with AWS, Snowflake, Cloud ETL
  • Proven leadership skills and experience growing an organization.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively and cross-functionally.
  • Proven startup experience
  • Health Care, Value-based care experience

What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)

The target base salary for this position ranges starts at $200,000 in addition to competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program  (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
