What You’ll Do 

As Data Scientist with Imagine Pediatrics, you will be building the foundation for Data Science at our high growth organization focusing the most complex children. This role is critical to understanding the power of our data and how we can use data to improve the lives of our children. 

• Explore our data assets to build a foundational roadmap for data science at Imagine Pediatrics. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement the needed infrastructure to deploy ML/AI tools at scale. 
• Develop Machine Learning models using both Social Determinant, Clinical and Claims data. 

• Communicate with business stakeholders to understand goals and translate them robust ML/AI models to improve care for children. 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build out the most critical ML/AI solutions needed to improve patient outcomes. 
  
  

What You Bring & How You Qualify 

First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to creating the world our sickest children deserve. You want an active role in building a diverse and values-driven culture. Things change quickly in a startup environment; you accept that and are willing to pivot quickly on priorities. In this role, you will need:  

• 5+ years of experience  
• Experience with Snowflake is a nice to have  
• Experience working in a start-up or hypergrowth environment required; healthcare experience preferred

The target base salary for this position starts at $170,000 in addition to competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
