Title:  Engineer II, Analytics

Location: Treehouse / Remote

Role Description:

As an Analytics Engineer, you will help design new data models and implement complex data pipelines that are core to making sure we target the right services to the right patients. Our team is rebuilding our data warehouse using Palantir's Foundry data platform, and we are looking for a curious, motivated, and thoughtful Analytics Engineer to join the team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product to design data models for the various types of healthcare data we receive (claims, EHR, etc.)

  • Develop ELT data pipelines in Foundry to create data products that serve operational stakeholders in the business

  • Perform QA on developed pipelines and setup monitoring for data quality issues

  • Support technical documentation of new data platform

  • Evaluate legacy data warehouse to assure that pain points are being appropriately addressed with new data models and pipelines

What are we looking for?

  • BS in an analytic area (Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business, etc.)

  • Minimum of 3 years of analytic engineering experience

  • Data driven mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Self-starter who can dive into a new domain and learn quickly

  • Comfort working with SQL and Python

  • Naturally curious, independent, and eager to learn new things

  • US work authorization

  • Passionate about working in the healthcare space for a mission driven organization
