Title: Associate, Patient Experience, Analytics & Insights

Location: Treehouse, Remote

Role Description:

The Associate, Patient Experience Analytics & Insights will play a critical role in leveraging analytics and strategic thinking to better understand our patients’ experience. The Patient Experience Analytics & Insights team endeavors to utilize a data-driven approach to identify and recommend the best opportunities to improve patient retention and experiences, to deliver an Unmatched Patient Experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to dig into a variety of data sources, including qualitative patient feedback and operational metrics linked to experience, to develop a comprehensive understanding of patient experience for the organization. This individual will join a growing Patient Experience team at Oak Street Health, with many opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally with teams to include Population Health and Growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist with building a new program of experience analytics, to inform data-driven decision-making and initiative development

  • Contribute and assist Analytics Manager in progressing key patient experience initiatives, including organizational monthly/quarterly insights dashboards & reports, ad-hoc analyses, & predictive analytics

  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Patient Experience, as well as with Growth, Population Health, Data/BI, and clinical team members to execute initiatives

  • Develop materials, which may include dashboards and/or slides, to lead discussions with key organizational leaders: Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner, to showcase the aggregate picture and convey insights from customer experience and operational metrics

  • Manage and progress against project timelines, keep project plans updated, maintain program governance

  • Other duties as assigned. 

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a quantitative major (e.g., Business, STEM, economics, statistics)

  • 1+ years of experience in an analytical role strongly preferred

  • Analytical and strategic thinker who is intellectually curious

  • Strong proficiency in Excel

  • Prefer experience with Alteryx, SQL, Tableau or other programming languages/tools 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence decision-making at many levels of leadership

  • Effective, collaborative and flexible team player, a motivated self-starter 

  • Demonstrated attention to detail, experience leveraging data/analytics to solve problems, excellent decision-making skills 

  • Interest, experience, and/or passion for healthcare and value-based care a plus 

  • US work authorization
