As a Business Analyst with the underwriting/offer team, you will work closely with business, engineering, product, and commercial stakeholders to successfully launch high profile projects that directly contribute to the success of the company’s growth. You will have the opportunity to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders, derive actionable analytical insights from structured data, design solutions to solve multi-faceted business problems, and complete quality assurance to ensure project success.

What you will do and achieve

    • Ensure the implementation of risk policy, and loan offer changes adhere to the strategy
    • Gather requirements from the business, product and engineering stakeholders to develop a validation process
    • Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services
    • Invent processes or systems needed to implement changes and QA the changes
    • Lead issue tracking and resolution efforts, including logging issues, tracking their progress and communicating updates to the management team
    • Prepare reports based upon findings to help make decisions
    • Assemble and synthesize data needed to run analysis
    • Work with business function managers to create comprehensive and detailed specification documents

Who you are

    • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
    • SQL
    • Python
    • Flexibility and resourcefulness to interface and collaborate with internal and external groups
    • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented and persistent
    • Strong business acumen
