What you will do and achieve
- Diagnosis:
- Investigate and analyze performance across multiple pieces of the Uplift Mobile App, including user acquisition, user engagement, affiliate marketplace, lending, and payments
- Identify gaps in data availability and work with Product and Engineering to ensure accurate and comprehensive data pipelines
- Communication:
- Synthesize and communicate analytical findings to a variety of stakeholders, ranging from executive to operational teams across multiple functions
- Identify and prioritize areas of improvement and propose new features for the product roadmap
- Execution:
- Where applicable, contribute to Product Development by specifying requirements, project milestones and deliverables, and overseeing accurate and timely delivery
Who you are
- 2-3 years of experience
- Proficiency in data analytics, including solid understanding of data engineering
- Expertise in data modeling, manipulation and visualization, At a minimum, proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Proficiency in Python is a plus
- Strong communication skills across Engineering and Business audiences; ability to relate business goals and context to data insights
- Experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in a technology setting (financial technology setting is a plus)
- Flexibility, adaptability and comfort with rapidly evolving iterative approaches under hypothesis-driven investigations
- Experience with Product Development methods and planning tools is a plus
At Uplift, in accordance with the U.S pay transparency laws across various states, we provide the minimum and maximum pay range for each of our levels. This reflects the minimum and maximum ranges for new hire salaries. There are two ranges that reflect positions across all US locations. The first range includes: New York and California whereas the second range includes all other US states. Within each range, there are several different factors that are considered when determining compensation including but not limited to the candidate's location, title, years of experience, job related skills and relevant education. In addition to the base salary, we offer competitive benefits including medical, dental and vision and pre-ipo stock options.
