How you will make an impact:
As a Customer Success Business Analyst at Iterable, you will play an instrumental role driving reporting and data insights for our post-sales organization You will analyze and share insights on key revenue and customer trends, design and measure metrics to enhance overall productivity, and dive into operational systems and processes to ultimately scale our business. This role will partner closely with our BI team to stay aligned on approach and technical application and use of our data.
How you will make a difference:
- Become a subject matter expert on CS go-to-market strategy and data, including our customer journey, service offerings, and customer database
- Work with stakeholders to report and operationalize key performance metrics, developing reporting tools and company-wide dashboards to help drive insights and action
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to communicate performance of the CS department, including quarter and year end reporting
- Perform data analysis for strategic projects, deep dives, and recurring meetings to derive insights and actionable recommendations that drive tangible business outcomes for our CS leaders and team
- Establishing CS targets and goals, and reporting performance against them
- Partner with BI on projects like forecast, churn, and health models
- Document, socialize and train on the data and tools you build
- Contribute to and consult on some of the systems managed across the team that require more technical data skills.
- Train CS on how to use our current BI tool
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, RevOps, other key teams go-to-market functions
We are looking for people who:
- 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Customer Success Operations, or relevant Strategy/BizOps experience in a technology company
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools (ex: Sigma, Looker, Sisense, Tableau, or other similar tools)
- Familiarity with report building in GTM tools (ex: Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk)
- Excellent analytical skills and high level of business acumen
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Present effectively to stakeholders, including senior management

For candidates in Tier 1 cities, the base salary range for this position is $99,000 to $149,000.
For candidates in Tier 2 cities, the base salary range for this position is $87,000 to $131,000.
For candidates in Tier 3 cities, the base salary range for this position is $80,500 to $120,500.
Within the range, individual pay is determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations. While we use our full salary ranges, we only consider offering a salary near the top of the range in situations where the candidate far exceeds the experience level and skills required for the role.
