As a Senior Sales Operations Operations Analyst at Iterable, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing our revenue processes, including those related to SDR and partnerships operations, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present insightful strategic recommendations to senior leaders, effectively communicating in leadership language to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SDR and partnerships operations, to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to revenue, sales, and operational processes.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Create and maintain dynamic and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to visualize key performance metrics, with a focus on SDR performance and partnership success metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in revenue data, including SDR and partnership data, to provide actionable insights to management.
- Assist in the development of revenue forecasting models and strategies, particularly in relation to SDR pipeline generation and partnership contributions.
- Monitor and report on key revenue performance indicators, including those specific to SDR effectiveness and partnership ROI.
- Support revenue operations by providing data-driven recommendations for process improvements and optimizations within SDR and partnerships teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in revenue operations, especially as they relate to SDR and partnership management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative discipline).
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Proven experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience working with Salesforce for sales, SDR, and partnership data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot data inconsistencies.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Prior experience in revenue operations, SDR operations, partnerships operations, finance, marketing, or data analysis is a plus.

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $80,500 - $135,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.
Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
